missingWrote a review on Nov 27cramped space
The room proved to be quite small, forcing awkward maneuvering, especially near the toilet area. The wardrobe was cramped, making it tough for bigger folks to hang clothes properly. Air conditioning blasted directly at the bed, leading to discomfort as I had to sleep in an odd position to avoid the chill. Breakfast setup felt cramped and crowded, resembling a school cafeteria and failing to impress.

The room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave on my floor for convenience. The check-in and check-out experience was seamless thanks to the automated system. The excellent location, just next to a tram stop and close to several convenience stores, made it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and provided assistance with sending luggage, showcasing great customer service.
Noise from the corridors at night was somewhat distracting.

Had a solid stay at Kuretakeso Hiroshima Otemachi. The price was great, and the location was super convenient, just a short walk from major sights! A small room but clean. The breakfast could use some work—skip it and hit up a 7-11 instead.

I really enjoyed my stay with friends. The location was perfect for exploring the Peace Park and nearby dining. We made unforgettable memories taking the JR Nishinihon Miyajima Ferry and visiting the marina. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we appreciated the easy access to public transport, making everything super convenient.
One downside was the noise from industrial vents nearby, which might bother light sleepers. However, it didn't affect our experience as we were out late and came back tired.
